Adaptive Yoga

These classes are best experienced in a semi-private (small group) or private session. Aspects of yoga therapy are involved as we move through a series of breathing exercises, eye exercises, chanting, asanas (poses), and meditation. Classes are customized and intuitively created based on the child’s abilities. Students are invited to explore their imagination, become aware of their breath, and introduced to chanting, mudras, and meditation. All bodies and abilities welcome.

Angela’s group yoga classes for adults and teens are a synergistic blend of alignment principles and heart-centered themes encouraging students to explore their physical, emotional, and energetic body. Each class is intuitively created, tuning into the students and feeling what is needed at the time. Various class types include Adaptive Yoga, Slow Flow, Detox Flow, Yin Yang, Slow Flow and Meditate.

For adults and children. An intimate and healing experience. An opportunity to focus on the specific needs of the child or individual.  High vibrational light and healing energy are channelled for the ultimate experience.
